Cancellation Policy
At WatchGuys.com, we truly value your business and are committed to providing exceptional service. We understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected life events occur, and you may need to cancel your order. While we respect everyone’s decision to cancel, it’s important to note that certain policies and fees are in place to ensure fairness and transparency in our process. Below, we’ve outlined our cancellation policy in detail for your convenience.
Cancellation Policy for Confirmed Orders
What is a Confirmed Order?
A confirmed order is one where a member of our team has contacted you to verify the order details, confirm your shipping address, and finalize the purchase. During this call, you will be informed that your order is confirmed, and the shipping process will begin shortly thereafter. At this stage, your payment has been captured, and your item enters the shipping phase.
Cancellation After Confirmation and Before Shipment
If you decide to cancel a confirmed order before it is shipped, a 3-5% restocking fee will apply, depending on your payment method. This fee covers the processing fees charged by our payment merchant and is non-refundable. Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated on the same day your request is processed. The timing for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically taking 2-5 business days.
Cancellation After Confirmation and After Shipment
If you cancel your confirmed order after it is shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, payment processing fees, and a restocking fee of up to 10%. Please note that WatchGuys will provide a prepaid and insured return shipping label, and the cost of this label will be deducted from your refund amount. Customers are required to use the provided return label to ensure the safe and secure return of the item.
If a customer chooses to use their own return label, the customer assumes full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. See Full Return Policy
Cancellation Policy for Unconfirmed Orders
What is an Unconfirmed Order?
An unconfirmed order is one where your payment has not yet been captured and is still in a pending status. At this stage, your order is awaiting review and confirmation from our team. If you haven’t received a confirmation email or direct contact from us to verify your shipping address, your order is still unconfirmed.
Cancellation After Order Is Placed, But Before Confirmation
You can cancel an unconfirmed order without incurring any fees. No payment has been captured, and your order will simply be voided. Since your payment has not been captured, there is no cancelation fee, and the pending authorization will automatically be released back to your account. Depending on your bank, the release of the pending authorization may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account.
We hope this policy clarifies our cancellation process and ensures you feel confident in your transactions with us. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, our customer support team is here to help.
