Cancelation Policy:

At WatchGuys.com, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. While unconfirmed orders can be canceled without fees, cancellations of confirmed orders are subject to a 3-5% restock fee to cover payment processing costs. See Cancelation Policy

Acceptable Returns:

WatchGuys is committed to satisfying our customers with every purchase. Per our return policy, WatchGuys only accepts returns for products marked as "AVAILABLE NOW" . These pre-owned watches are returnable within 3 calendar days of the watch being received, and only if the product is returned in its original, as-shipped condition, showing no signs of visible wear or use and with its red security sticker intact.

What is an "AVAILABLE NOW" product?

An "AVAILABLE NOW" product is an item that is marked with the text "AVAILABLE NOW"  as seen below.


*This return policy is valid for pre-owned watches that are marked as AVAILABLE NOW only. 

*Returns will not be accepted for "AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY" products (read more below), New/Unworn products (read more below), Cryptocurrency purchases (read more below), or In-Store purchases (read more below).

Unacceptable Returns:

If a product was returned within the 3 day return period, but was not returned in the same condition it was shipped, WatchGuys may deny the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 10% depending on the watch's sale price.

Returns will not be accepted for items returned broken or with signs of tampering or misuse such as: opening the inside of watch, removing links, exchanging or replacing any part of the watch, cracked crystal, heavy scratches, dented or chipped pieces on any part of the watch. WatchGuys reserves the right to deny a return they deem broke the return policy.

  • In-Store Purchases:
    • All in-store purchases are FINAL sale. No returns will be accepted.
  • New/Unworn Purchases:
    • All new/unworn purchases are FINAL sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
  • AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY PRODUCTS:
    • Products available online only are not available for purchase in our showroom. Thus, typical shipping times for these products vary from 2-6 days. Available online only products are FINAL sale. At which point, no returns or exchanges are acceptable for any product marked as an “AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY” product.
  • Cryptocurrency Payments
    • All transactions completed using cryptocurrencies are deemed FINAL sale. Once a purchase is made with any form of cryptocurrency, it is not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange. Please ensure that your decision to use cryptocurrency as a payment method is final.

How To Initiate a Return:

By Email:
If you would like to proceed with a return and believe that you meet the above criteria for an acceptable return, you may email us at  with subject "Order #xxxx: Request to Return". Upon receiving your email, a WatchGuys representative will reach out to you to arrange the shipping and insurance for your item. It is important that you act fast once this email is received as we do not accept returns outside of the 3 calendar's day window from the date you originally received the watch. WatchGuys is not responsible for lost packages.

Should you choose to return your purchase, please ensure the watch is sent back in the exact condition you received it, complete with all original paperwork, boxes, receipts, and booklets that were included in your shipment. After we receive and inspect the watch, confirming it meets the return criteria, WatchGuys will process a refund of the purchase price. Please note, the refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus any costs for return shipping and insurance that WatchGuys has incurred, as well as any fees from transaction methods like credit cards, Shopify Installment Financing, Shop Pay, or PayPal that were used for the purchase.

Once your package reaches our headquarters it will be carefully inspected (all under video recording) by one of our experts to make certain it matches the exact condition it was sold in and if watch was purchased with box, paperwork, tags (including the “non-removable” tags), please include all of these in your package before a refund will be released.
